place of 3" entrance and scantlings of 3"x 5"
size with all fixtures including 2 coats of painting
etc. completed.
Dismantling the existing rough
stone flooring from the position duly numbering,
re-laid as per original position over a sand cushion
3" thick, by attending 2 live dressing for top
surface and side are usually trimmed and joints
sunk painted and toned and finished neatly. Repairs
to Shikara and niches Repairs to the temple brick
shikara over garbhagriha measuring 10'-0"x10'-0"x15'-0"
in three tiers containing highly ornamented stucco
figures Karna Kutas shikaras floral design and
various birds in progreation and recess spaces
in each tiers after remaining the old decayed
plaster by using very delicate tools, without
altering of disfiguring the original features,
and strengthening the shikara by introducing first
quality special type bricks in 1:4 cm wherever
it called for mending of broken missing parts
of figures and plastering exposed surfaces.
Similarly attending the same
process to the parapet niches existing al-round
terrace containing of various patterns with Simha
lalata in between niches available Kurtas and
Karnas including mending the damaged work as per
original pattern including plastering surface
with 1:4 cm 0.5 thick and over its application
of very thin layer of final coat in Lime paste
prepared by mixing marble powder, jiggery including
erection of scaffolding curing and removal of
scaffolding etc. completed. Construction of Mantapa
(beyond Mahadwara) Excavation in hard soil for
providing foundation to the pillars and disposing
off the excavated stuff beyond temple surrounding
and finished neatly. Laying 1:4:8 cement concrete
in foundation using 40 to 50 mm granite metal
well mixed and consolidated and finished neatly.
Construction of size stone masonry
in 1:6 cm using good quality stone with proper
bonds and finished neatly. Supplying and erection
of base 2'- 0"x 2'- 0" x 1'- 0" finished size
neatly 2 lime dressed, fixed in position. Supplying
and fixing stone pillars finished size of 1'-6"x
1'-6" x 6'-9" with cutting octagonal shape of
1'-0" to 1'-3" height at 2 places in each pillar
and finished as per direction. Supplying and fixing
3'-0"x 1'-0"x 1'-0" capital neatly 2 lime dressed
and chamfering the ends of capital bottoms to
a height of 6" and finished. Supplying and fixing
beams of finished size 1'-0"x 1'-0"x 7'-6" with
lime dressed, finished all the side faces and
top face only one time dressed including fixing
in position.
Laying of roof slabs in front of mantapa using 6" thick slab dressed and fixed in position by
cutting edges below the niches containing stucco figures without causing any damage and
including trimming the edges neatly.
Constructing parapet around the newly laid terrace with first class brick in 1:6 cm and
finished neatly.
Laying weather proof over the evenly laid slabs to an average of 15 cm thick, using 1 lime
and 3 brick bats well consolidated and plastered with combination mortar 20 mm thick and
finished neatly.
Plastering the parapet with 1:6 cm, 20 mm thick and finished neatly.
Laying the stone pavement using 3" thick slab over a sand cushion of 3" thick with curb
stone al-round without dressing for slab, sides are neatly trimmed and joints sunk pointed with
1:4 cm and toned and finished neatly.
