very carefully the ceiling slabs of the roof.

the wall and keeping them properly, so as to re-use
them, after numbering etc complete in all respects.
Excavation in gravel mixed soil for foundation
and depositing the stuff to nearby ditch. Providing
and laying cement concrete in 1:3:6 including
watering/curing etc complete.
Construction of S.S. Masonry
for foundation (basement) in 1:6 Cm including
curing etc complete in all respects. Reconstructing
the veneering slabs and re-erecting pillars, capitals,
pillar base and laying, ceiling slabs in l:6 Cm
using chain & pulley block and recess pointing
to joints etc. complete in all respects as per
item - 3. Removing stones, mud and other accumulations
etc in the intervening places of veneering slab
of the wall and filling it (approximate) using
metal chips - metal etc in 1:6 Cm complete in
all respects. Laying weather proof in lime brick
jelly concrete 1:1:3 which includes, beating the
surface using wooden bats till achieving cream
and grieving it by way of plastering in 1:3 Cm
using water proof compound including curing etc.
Complete in all respects.
Providing and laying stone flooring
using stone slabs of 10cm thick (2 line dressing
to the hall including recess pointing in 1:3 cm.
mixed with colour" oxides etc. complete in all
respects. Providing and fixing temple type door
of 50mm thick in teak wood using temple type fixtures
etc including one coat primer and two (Asian paint)
coat of painting. Repairs to existing steps in
cm 1:6 which includes setting to plumb etc. Purchase
of the requirement for the execution of the works.
Provision for hiring store room. Accommodation
for staying laborers . Provision for the electrification
(new alignment as per archaeological principle).
Provision for video, photos including their traveling
and other incidental charges. Provision for T.A./D.A.
of Engineers/ Supervisors etc.
II - PHASE
Dismantling the decayed weather
proof of the root of the mantapa and depositing
the dead stuff in near by ditch (of Av.) thick
of 30 to 40 Cm. Taking down ceiling stone slabs
of the roof, pillars and reusing of base. Excavation
for foundation in gravel mixed soil and depositing
the stuff to the ditch. Laying cement concrete
1:3:6 for foundation including curing etc complete
in all respects. Providing and constructing S.S.
masonry in 1:6 Cm curing etc complete in all respects.
Reconstructing the stone masonry (basement) and
erecting pillars capitals etc including necessary
pointing in 1:3 Cm mixed with colour oxides etc.
Complete in all respects. Laving weather proof
course for thick 30 Cm to 35 Cm using brick Jelly
concrete 1:1:3 and plastering the top surface
in 1:3 cm mixed water proof compound etc.
Taking out the stone slabs etc
of flooring and resetting the same on sand bed
of 10 Cm thick including recess pointing in 1:3
cm with colour oxide (all the stone are in un

PHASE - III
Construction of brick masonry
