Removal rank vegetation growth around the walls
of Mantapa, along with roots, without causing
any damage or inconvenience to the people residing
very close to the Mantapa and to Hotel management
and visitors to the Hotel and throwing away the
plants far away from the Mantapa.
2. Earth work excavation in hard gravely soil
for exploring the Mantapa walls, carefully in
scientific patron, so that structural members
covered by the earth should not get damaged &
while transporting the fallen members also, In
order to restore the Mantapa at the new place,
with all the original members as far as possible,
disposing of the excavated debris far away from
the site and finished neatly.
3. Numbering the structural members of Mantapa
externally as well as internally covering all
members, using different colors, indicating the
directions, courses and its numbers and marking
the same numbers in the drawings with same colors
for easy and effective restoration work; and finished
neatly as per the direction of officer in charge
of work.
4. Preparation of scale drawings or both Mantapa
such as plans L-S sections, cross sections, elevations
all faces both inside and outside, recovering
clearly the fallen portions etc. for restoring
the Mantapa as per original style.
5. Dismantling the existing panchayat bus shelter
carefully without causing any sort of damages
to the adjacent hotels and bus commuters, in the
surroundings including disposing the debris far
away from the spot and finished neatly.
6. Dismantling the lime concrete, weather proof
courses etc. over the roof of Mantapa carefully
using proper tools, by providing supports of sand
bag or flay bags below the roof slabs, as a precautionary
measure to prevent any damage and moving the dismantled
members to road side, manually using wooden rollers
and stacked in order to load them to vehicles
for transporting the members to rudset complex
for taking transplanting work.
7. Transporting of the dismantled Mantapa members
from Terakanamebi village to Mysore, including
the packing of ornamented members by means of
sponges or hay ropes, roller tubes/tyres so that
the beautiful decorative parts are not damaged
or broken during transport or while loading and
unloading process and finished properly and precisely
as per direction of officer in charge of work.
8. Stacking the said Mantapa members neatly side
by side of each members by keeping soft members
such as tyre pieces or hay bag filled with dust
or paddy husk in between members to prevent any
scratches, with Rope wire, course wire and number
wire in a scientific manner so that even layman
could identify easily while restoration, and drawings
of these stacks are to be prepared for easy identification
and boards are to be displayed showing the details
of each stack and covered the stacks with sand
array material so that these are not to be easily
visible for moving persons and also to protect
the housing of reptiles in between their spaces.
9. Engraving the structural members which are
painted at site, with chisel to a depth of 4mm
to 6mm, and size of members should be clear and
neat and should not be more than 30mm to 40mm
size and painted after engraving in order to have
permanent markings till the restoration work is
carried out.
10. Construction of bus shelter at Terakanamebi
for the public use (Details will be furnished
before/during execution).
11. Filling the trenches caused by dismantling
of Mantapa with earth and leveled and formed neatly.
12. Constructing the barbed wire fencing at Mysore
around the structure stacks with a gate with locking
facility.
13. Provision has been made for site supervisor.
14. Provision for photo and video documentation
of structure including preparing albums.
15. Purchase of M.S chains and other implements
required for the work. Purchase of wooden poles,
minor tools, rubber sheet, tyres (waste) wooden
rollers, for work.
16. Provision of conveyance charges, officers
visiting the works.
17. Providing the medical facility.
18. Provisions for measuring tools and repairing
of pulley block during work.
19. Transporting cleric and pulley blocks one
set to Terakanamebi another set to Mysore for
work.
20. Miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses have
also been considered.
