| Provision for cleaning the entire temple surface using coir brush and water, numbering each
member top to bottom, showing side wise, course wise, external surface, internal surface etc in
different colours for easy identification of members as existing at present and also marking the
structural levels and location on a permanent fixtures so as to restore the temple as per original
manner and finished neatly.
Dismantling of existing Mangalore tiled roof along with its wooden members carefully without
damaging and stacking them at a suitable place shown during execution of work.
Dismantling the temple structural members carefully by using pulley blocks and scaffolding etc.
from their original position by providing sand bag support and wooden pole support at bottom
as a precautionary measure, and stacking them number wise on their respective sides for easy
execution during restoration work and finished as per direction of the officer in charge of work.
Dismantling the laterite brick
masonry on the back portion of stone work carefully
without breaking the bricks and then stacking
the good bricks at a suitable place and, disposing
the waste material in undisputed space and finished
neatly. Earth work excavation in hard gravely
soil for providing foundation (strengthening)
and disposing of the excavated stuff out of the
temple premises to an undisputed space and finished
neatly. Laying 1:5:10 proportion concrete in foundation
using 11/2" to 2" size granite jelly including
formwork consolidation, curing, etc. Strengthening
the bottom portion of the temple structure by
constructing size stone masonry in 1:6 cm with
a good quality stones using full size bonds at
an interval of 6' to 61/2' in each course and
alternately including well packing over all sides
and curing etc.
Restoration of original adhistana
courses of the temple course wise as per original
patron, using a thin layer of 1:6 cm and then
neat and sound packing the back side of members
with proper boulders etc providing 6'x1'x1/4'
size M.S.Dowels for every member in a concealed
manner. Their ends have been fixed in liquid lead
and finished neatly. Restoration of super structural
members of main temple including that of garbha
griha as per original with a 6' B.S.Slab without
dressing in place of laterite brick works, using
a very thin layer of 1:6cm and providing 6"x1"x1/4"
size MS Dowels in a concealed manner for every
original member and at 6' to 61/2' course wise
inner slabs for stability, gaps if any in between
the original member and inner slabs are filled
with 1:5:10 brick jelly concrete, neatly consolidated
using pulley block and scaffolding etc. and finished
as per original manner. Restoration of remaining
part of structure such as roof slabs pillars etc
in original patron using pulley block and scaffolding
etc, joints are filled with 1:4 cm & curing is
done.
Providing and fixing temple type
door shutters using good variety local wood planes
of 3' thick, scantlings of 3"x5" size as per design
including simple carvings of temple type/style
with all old type fixtures including 2 coats of
painting over a coat of primer paint complete.
Providing provision for mending of broken beam
in Mukha Mantapa containing ornamental decorations,
by introducing M.S.I. section of suitable size
in a concealed manner and also introducing materials
such as bolts & nuts, scratch less steel rods,
epoxy, scaffolding etc and finally toned to match
with stone beam and finished neatly.

Provision to replace the broken
or damaged structural members if found, after
dismantling the work by reproducing the broken
ones as per originals afresh or mending the same
suitably found during execution by purchasing
new materials and keep the new members ready for
replacing the broken ones.
Laying stone pavement using 3" to 4" thick slabs on sand of 3" thick by giving proper slope
including necessary earthwork and joints sunk pointed in 1:4 cm & then curing.
Purchasing of scaffolding poles like coco palms and other good quality poles for providing
supports etc.
Purchase of Manila rope, Sarve ropes, well ropes for work.
Purchase of minor tools and plants during work.
Photo documentation as and when required during work.
Video shooting during the execution of work.
Mending tools during work.
Clearing the structures with mild chemicals the interior and exterior surface covered with
either lime wash or black roof etc and bring the entire temple into neat and tidy condition.
