MAIN STRUCTURAL WORKS

Removal of wild grown grass and vegetation over the roof top along with roots without disturbing the existing remnants of brick structure carefully, using proper scaffolding and disposing the same away from the temple premises completely. Removal of earth existing over the roof of temple carefully without disturbing the brick remnants in their places in order to reproduce the same again on the temple by providing suitable supports to the intact structure as a precautionary measure to avoid falling from their positions and disposing the debris beyond temple premises as per direction of officer incharge of work during the time of execution and finished neatly.

Scientific clearance of filled up earth in the court yard in order to expose the hidden temple adhistana mouldings without causing any damage to the structural parts during clearance work simultaneously restore the original temple height as well as to bring back the original working level and disposing the excavated debris through check up and document any valuables found inside the debris if found and finished neatly. Earthwork excavation hard soil all round temple structure carefully by providing props to the structures as a precautionary measure in order to avoid sudden slipping of members during excavation in process, disposing of the excavated stuff as per direction of officer incharge of work and finished neatly. Laying 1:5:10 cement concrete in foundation using good quality 40 to 50 mm size hard jelly neatly laid consolidated including curing complete.

Strengthening the foundation of temple walls by under pining by using stones in 1:6 cement mortar (as far as possible with lengthy stones) by taking all care and packing the gaps in trench fully (preferably using hammer packing) and finished neatly, including filling the trench with available earth watering consolidation etc., completing any sort of gaps. Finally finishing the work as per direction during excavation. Dismantling the accretionary mud wall in order to retain the original Features of temple entrances and finished neatly. Dismantling the disturbed parts walls disturbed from their original level (bulged stones) after numbering them carefully finished.

Restoration of dismantled structural members (ie., item No. 8) as per original style in their proper places by providing MS dowels in concealed manner and filling the core with proper material as required during work with proper scaffolding etc., complete. Lifting the sunken pillars in Navaranga using proper jacks and putting sand bag supports below the roof slabs and packing below the pillars suitably and bring them to original level. Provision for preparing and fixing of structural members which came across during the process of execution which could not be anticipated while preparing the estimate. Providing and fixing temple type door shutters using 2" thick (5 cm thick) plank on back portion and using good quality Nandi or any other local variety preferably termite resisting quality scantlings of 7 cm x 13 cm size with carving of flowers in the panels with all old type temple type fixture specially prepared for order including 2 coats of touch wood painting etc., complete.

Providing and fixing grill work for the openings using 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm MS angle frame work for further details such as flowers and partitions using 25 mm x 4 mm flats neatly cut welded grinded with hold fast and fixed in position as per direction firmly with 2 coats approved quality paint over a coat of primer paint complete. Dismantling the sunken floor slabs after preparing its sketch and numbering in order to replace them in their places back and replacing the broken ones with fresh one's neatly dressed to match with original surface of flooring laid in proper level over a sand bed of 8 cm to 10 cm thick and joints sunk pointed with 1:3 CM and toned curing etc., complete. Laying weather proof course over the Navaranga roof only by cleaning roof slab joints thoroughly using proper tools grouting the said joints with 1:3 CM mixed with WPC neatly and laying brick jelly in lime 1:3 proportion laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm at a time, consolidated thoroughly, the top most layers rammed with wooden beater by sprinkling lime water and top plastered with 1:6 CM to a thickness of 20 mm by mixing W.P.C. and toned and curing etc., complete.

Laying flag stone pavement all-round the temple using 10 cm thick slabs of Hanumana Matti quarry neatly 2 line dressed for the top of the surface sides trimmed laid in proper level over sand cushion of 8 to 10 cm thick with necessary earth work and finished neatly. Sunk pointing the structure joints and floor slabs etc., by raking joints 30 nun deep and then pointed with 1:3 CM neatly filled and toned to match the structure and finished neatly. Providing and fixing MS chains on either side and on the front side of the beautifully and elegantly decorated Nandi using proper MS flat verticals fixed in the ground without Mating the esthetic view of temple for safety of Nandi.

SHIKARA AND HARA WORKS :

Reconstruction of all the missing shikara's by preparing drawings of remnants of brick work existing at site such as Karna Kutas Panjara and Shala, which are found at few places in a highly damaged condition preparing proposed shikara by developing basing on the remnants in consultation with advisor and also traditional stapaties by preparing/ Manufacturing bricks of various shapes as existing at site by engaging skilled artisan and burnt to the texture of old brick to have uniformity and constructed using well ground 1:2 Lime mortar using traditional ingredients such as gum. Egg, Balefruit, Jaggery and Barks of tree like Neem etc. and plaster with lime mortar including smooth and fine rendering etc. complete. Reconstruction of Hara portion as original ones as per details mentioned under item No. B 1 and finished neatly.

GADDIGE

Dismantling the modem structure constructed for the Gaddige which does not match with the temple structure and providing a simple and matching structure with stone platform measuring 7m x 2m x 60 cm with stone pillars of 20 cm x 20 cm x 1.5m Ugh neatly dressed and covered with gray colour sheet on top ltd finished neatly.

CLEANING OF STRUCTURES

Provision for cleaning of the temple structure both inside and outside top to bottom the doors jambs Toranas and ceilings are of highly ornamented one now completely covered with black soot, dust and oily contents etc., in consultation with proper chemist and bring the structure in to original condition for the benefit of devotees, tourist etc.

RETAINING WALL ETC :

Construction of retaining wall using random rubble in mud mortar as being in force at present locally to the sides of earth from sliding and joints are rack out and sunk pointed in 1:3 CM and finished neatly. Providing fixing MS grill Gate using 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 nun MS angle frame works all round and MS flats of 50 mm x 4 mm for partition and suitable flats for designs neatly cut welded and grinded and fixed in position including hold fasts pivots locking arrangements stoppers with 2 coats of approved quality paint over a coat of primer paint etc. complete.

ENVIRONMENTAL DEVELOPMENTAL WORKS :

Provision for developing the surrounding temple premises by growing light and dwarf variety permanent flower plants along with same seasonal flowers and providing 2 to 3 benches for visitors to sit and a drinking water facility in the premises and supply of manure for plants etc complete. ; (If proposal is accepted details will be worked out before execution)
